What Your Residents Will Experience:
- Your residents will see the total amount they have to redeem and the number of days left to claim their incentive. When your residents select a brand, they will now see a more detailed claim screen.
- This claim screen will list an expiration date if applicable, delivery time, fee and if the reward will be broken up into multiple redemption codes.
- After clicking the continue button, residents will see the last claim screen to review our updated Terms and Conditions.
- Once they select the claim button on this screen, the brand option chosen will be final. They have 60 days to use their new Reward Card.
Select Multiple Reward Cards
Recognizing that residents would like the option to split their balance amongst several brands, we are excited to announce they can now redeem multiple Reward Cards from the amount that you send them. They can also choose just to claim part of the incentive that you issued and the rest of their balance later. Partially claimed Reward Cards are now displayed in your dashboard and any remaining balance can be found in the "More Information" screen. All partially claimed Reward Cards will be fully outlined in your dashboard reporting and can be exported.
Virtual Reward Cards and Instant Redemption
Once your residents claim their Reward Card(s), they will receive it via email immediately. They can then redeem their balance online at the selected stores. Instead of having to wait for a physical card to arrive in the mail, this ability delivers instant gratification and appreciation! Roughly 70% of residents redeem their rewards digitally.
